Your Right to Cancel
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, customers purchasing online have the right to cancel their order within 14 days of receiving their goods.
To exercise your right to cancel, please contact us within the 14-day cancellation period.
Returning Products
Returned products should:
- Be unused wherever possible
- Be returned in their original packaging
- Be adequately packaged for transport
Customers are responsible for return postage costs unless:
- The item is faulty
- The item is damaged
- The wrong item has been supplied
Refunds
Refunds will be processed within 14 days of:
- Receiving the goods back, or
- Receiving evidence that the goods have been returned
Refunds will be made using the original payment method wherever possible.
Faulty or Damaged Products
We take great pride in the quality of men-ü products.
If you believe a product is faulty or has arrived damaged, please contact us as soon as possible.
Where a manufacturing fault is confirmed, we will offer an appropriate remedy in accordance with your statutory rights.
This may include:
- Replacement
- Refund
- Alternative resolution where appropriate

We aim to respond to customer enquiries within 2 working days and no later than 5 working days.
