Q: Is men-ü an eco-friendly brand?
A: men-ü is intentionally designed to be eco-friendly, focusing on sustainability through its “3R Grooming” (Reduce, Reuse, Recycle) philosophy. men-ü proves that grooming essentials can be eco-friendly without compromising performance. Its sustainable packaging, refillable system, and concentrated formulas position it as a strong choice for environmentally conscious routines.
Q: How do your products reduce plastic waste?
A: Because our formulas are ultra concentrated, you use significantly less per application. That means smaller bottles that last longer — using up to 92% less plastic compared to standard products over time. Our refill system cuts down on unnecessary plastic use and encourages reusing components (such as the pump and overcap) to reduce waste.
Q: Are your products recyclable?
A: Yes. All men-ü bottles, pumps, and caps are recyclable. We also design packaging to be as minimal and efficient as possible, reducing unnecessary materials.
Q: Are your ingredients sustainably sourced?
A: We prioritise high-performance ingredients that are responsibly sourced. We avoid unnecessary additives and favour ingredients that are safe for both people and the planet.
Q: Do you test on animals?
A: Never. men-ü is 100% cruelty-free. We do not test on animals, and neither do our suppliers. Our range is made with vegan-friendly ingredients & formula’s (excluding the Barbiere Shaving Brush).
Q: What does “ultra concentrate” mean?
A: Our ultra concentrate formulas are highly concentrated versions of grooming products, meaning you need much less per use. A little goes a long way—just a small amount delivers great performance, making our products last up to 3 times longer than regular products. For example, our 100ml Shave Cream can deliver up to 165 shaves!
Q: How is that better than regular grooming products?
A: You get more for your money and reduce waste. Less product per application means smaller packaging, less plastic, lower transport costs, and fewer repurchases. It’s a smarter, more sustainable way to groom.
Q: Will I still get the same results with less product?
A: Absolutely. In fact, many customers tell us they get better results. Each formula is carefully designed to be high-performance—whether it’s cleansing, shaving, moisturising, or styling.
Q: How much is delivery within the UK?
A: Standard UK delivery is £3.95 — or FREE when you spend over £30. We use Royal Mail Tracked 48, which aims to deliver in 2–3 working days.
Q: When will my order be dispatched?
A: Orders placed before 3pm (Monday–Friday) are dispatched the same day (excluding Bank & Public Holidays). Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday ship the next working day.
Q: Do you deliver outside the UK?
A: While we don’t currently ship internationally from our website, men-ü is available in many countries including the USA, Australia, and across Europe. Please contact us via info@men-u.co.uk and we’ll point you to an authorised stockist near you.
Q: Do you send free samples?
A: We don’t offer samples free of charge. Instead, we offer trial-size buddy tubes (15ml) available to purchase.
Thanks to our ultra concentrate formulas, each buddy tube provides up to 30 applications (depending on the product) — so they’re much more than just a sample.
Buddy tubes are available for our shave/facial range and Liquifflex styling product, and they’re also ideal for travel, gym bags, or trying something new before going full size.
